Ans:- In my weakness, I am a bit more ambitious and I trust people quickly.

Q. Why should I hire you ?

Ans:- As I am a hardworking boy having skills of computer and English language, I can work as sales and marketing related field at your company. Ans:- Sales is a procedure of exchange of products or services in the return of money.

Ans:- Salesman is a person who sales goods or services of company to the customers either staying at supermarket or visiting the markets.

Ans:- Firstly, I have great interest on sales related jobs as sales is a global and rapidly growing sector so it has large scope of career development and job opportunities. Such thing motivates me.

Q. What is your sales psychology ?

Ans:- Mainly, I have two types of sales psychology: Positive and Negative.

Under the positive technique, I will impress the customers to buy products.
For example: Telling them the new unique features of product. Telling them how they are benefited from product. And, convincing them on the quality or value of product and its relevant price. For instance: This pen has fine ink etc.

Under the negative technique, I will trap the customers to buy products through propaganda techniques.

For example: Telling them that "This product is for genius one like you.", "Genius one like you buys such product."  "Nowadays, most people love this product." etc.

Q. How your sales manager describes you ?

Ans:- My sales manager describes me as a hardworking, intelligence and diligent boy.

Q. How do you generate leads ?

Ans:- In the marketing, generating leads mean generating attention, interest and query of customers towards the product. There are number of techniques for generating leads out of them announcement of product, news release, advertisement, use of social networks etc.

Ans:- I improve through studying the greatest sales related book, success of colleges and learning through own sales experience.

Ans:- An ideal manager must be able to handle sales force team by train them.

Ans:- Rejection is commonly occurred in sales but I think it should not be ignored rather I must improve my sales technique. Rejection may be because of price and so on. If so, I must be able to convince them.

Ans:- Firstly, I tried to run with pre plan and strategies of company so pressure is rare. Even, working under pressure is common job responsibilities.

Ans:- I am hard working person. I am always dedicated for the prosperity of company so I don’t like autocratic work environment makes me a bit angry. I love democratic work environment.

Q. How do you react when your customer complains that your product is too much expensive ?

Ans:- I will try to convince my customer telling them the quality or value of product and its relevant price.

Q. What is the biggest challenge you have ever faced in sales job?

Ans:- I have faced the challenge of customer's suspect towards product. But, I have been able to handle. Customers suspect can be avoid telling them the feature of product, providing warranty and guaranty card, customer service center etc.
